Printing technology has been remarkably static for the past 20 years. Very few significant developments were made until the late 1990’s when computer to plate (CTP) technology came through its testing phase (we beta tested the Highwater Platinum plate setter in 1996) and plate setters became readily available in the market place. Most advancements since have been driven by CTP and include CIP3 ink profiling and closed loop colour spectrophotometry at both pre press proofing and during the printing process.

Our commitment to our customers and our industry is manifest in our program of investment. All equipment within our business has been purchased since late 1999 and as such deploys the post CTP technological developments. This gives us the ability to continually produce auditable print of a consistently high standard, a statement that very few printers can honestly make.
